SEK Defense Verdict Affirmed on Appeal

Anthony Staines, Jason Kenney and Corey Parenton recently prevailed at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, preserving a defense verdict obtained in 2021. The Fifth Circuit agreed there was no manifest error in the 29th Judicial District Court’s finding that the defendants were not at fault and did not cause plaintiff’s alleged lower back injuries.
