Mock Trial & Seminar

Last week, Jason Kenney hosted a live mock trial program in the Old Lloyd’s Library. The program covered the uses and purposes of mock trials and focus groups, explained how mock trials are conducted by trial consultants, and included a live demonstration of both an oral argument and a mock trial, which culminated in a live Harris County, Texas mock jury deliberation via a live-streaming feed.

While in the London market, Jason Kenney also presented a seminar titled “Evaluating a US Personal Injury Claim Through the Mock Jury Process” on September 30, 2022 at Lloyd’s.
