Emily Stevens Hardin

Emily Stevens Hardin was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received a Bachelor of Art Degree from Spring Hill College. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. 

Emily’s practice over the years has focused primarily on general civil litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability defense, workers’ compensation defense, and maritime law involving personal injury/death litigation, cargo claims, maritime contract disputes, passenger vessel defense, and regulatory issues. Emily is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Eastern, Middle and Westerns Districts of Louisiana and all state courts in Louisiana. She is married and the mother of two sons and a daughter.
