Lee M. Rudin

Lee M. Rudin, originally from North Brunswick, New Jersey, moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University, where he received both his undergraduate and law degrees. He lives in uptown New Orleans with his wife, Skylar, and their young daughter. 

Lee represents and advises local and international clients of all sizes, from individuals and small businesses to multi-national corporations, in a variety of subject matters. He takes actions on both sides of the courtroom from their infancy to resolution at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. Lee has been named a "Rising Star" by Louisiana Super Lawyers® in the area of Business Litigation for the past four years (2019-2022).

While at Tulane Law, Lee began his professional career as a law clerk with Staines & Eppling. After graduation, he worked first as an associate attorney at Middleberg Riddle & Gianna and then as an associate and shareholder at Aaron & Gianna - both boutique law firms in New Orleans. Lee received his trial and deposition training through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and has served on the faculty for NITA’s Gulf Coast Deposition Skills program, Louisiana State University's Vinson-Elkins Trial Advocacy program, and the American Bar Association's “Critical Trial Skills for Legal Services Attorneys” program.
